Licensing Ensemble Video - Anthem, Studio, and Automatic Captions

Ensemble Video system-wide license limits are controlled by a license key provided by the staff of Ensemble Video. The license key includes encrypted information that specify usage and expiration characteristics for Ensemble Video, Ensemble Anthem, and Ensemble Studio.

Ensemble Anthem and Ensemble Studio license controls at the Institution level enable administrators to control how Anthem and Studio use is allocated across Institutions (if there is more than one). 

Ensemble Automatic Caption licensing is applied at the Institution or Organization level.  

Choose the License you would like to update:

Configuring System-wide Licenses

To access the system-wide license information, click Administration, click the System tab, then click the License option.

You can look at the information provided to see if you have a valid license for Ensemble Video, Ensemble Studio, and Ensemble Anthem. If you need to update your license, you may need to send the Security identifier to the staff at Ensemble Video so they can generate a new license. Once you have your new license code, click on Update License.

Paste your new license key in the form where it says License Content, then read through the license terms and just below the = terms click on:

This will activate the new license key and return you to the main license form. It may take a minute or two for the license to validate, and when it does you will see the new license limits in the License form.

 

Configuring Institution Licenses

To access the Ensemble Anthem and Ensemble Studio Institutional license allocations, click Administration, click the Institution tab, then click the License option.

A listing of all Institutions will appear, and in the license column there are icons that indicate what licenses have been allocated to each Institution.

To view and update Ensemble Anthem, Studio, or automatic captions license limits, choose the appropriate selection from the Institution Action menu.

For Ensemble Anthem, update the Maximum Installations value with the maximum number of users who can be permitted to use Ensemble Anthem, specify expiration date, then click Save.

For Ensemble Studio, update the Maximum Devices value with the maximum number of Matrox Monarch HD or LCS devices that can be managed within the Institution, specify expiration date, then click Save.

For Ensemble Automatic captions, paste in the license key provided by Ensemble Video, then click Save. If you are viewing an existing license, you can see the amount of hours used and allocated.

The Notification Threshold is the percent remaining point at which administrators will begin to see notices that caption hours are expiring. The default is ten percent, but you may enter whatever value seems most appropriate.

To add, view, or update Automatic captions license limits, choose the Automatic Captions from the Organization Action menu.

You can also view details for your Ensemble Anthem or Ensemble Studio license if your Organization has access.
